What we collect

When you use the calculator, nothing is stored on our servers — the math runs in your browser. If you submit the lead form, we store the fields you provided (email, name, ZIP, timeline, calculator inputs and the computed estimate) in a Postgres database hosted in the US.

How we share

With your explicit consent on the lead form, we forward your name, email, ZIP, and project specifics to up to 3 vetted contractor partners (typically a contractor lead network — Networx, HomeAdvisor, or Modernize — or a direct regional partner). We do not sell or share phone numbers for SMS without a second express consent on a follow-up form.

Analytics

We use PostHog Analytics (hosted in the US) to understand how the site is used. PostHog sets a first-party cookie and a localStorage entry to keep an anonymous, randomly-generated distinct ID across pageviews on this site. Session recording is disabled and we do not create user profiles for anonymous visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.

California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) may request deletion of any data tied to their email. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
